Support Links on Opto's Web Site
We commonly receive support inquiries from our customers about
issues that can be answered quickly within content on our Web site.
So I've put together a few links of my favorite sections where this
helpful content can be found.
The first is where our firmware files reside. They're in Support,
Downloads, Firmware.
We also receive many calls about IP addressing, which is
discussed here.
